David Haberland serves as Founder and Executive Chairman of SecureFi Institute. With more than twenty-five years of leadership experience across advanced engineering, federal consulting, and governance strategy, he guides the Institute’s mission to strengthen institutional readiness across cyber security, artificial intelligence, high performance computing, and emerging quantum environments. An MBA graduate of Boston University who completed executive education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and author of leadership-focused works on decision-making and resilience, David integrates technical innovation with disciplined governance and responsible national security stewardship. 

Steve Partello, J.D., serves on the Advisory Board bringing more than twenty-five years of senior leadership experience in federal contracting, industrial security governance, and classified program oversight. A former senior contracts executive at leading federal system integrators including L3Harris, Draper, BAE Systems, and current Founder of Partello Consulting LLC, Steve provides strategic guidance on acquisition integrity, export compliance, and security frameworks supporting advanced national security technologies.
